Canada's first tiny house community located in Terrace, BC. We rent tiny houses short and long term and custom build tiny homes. Pad rentals for tiny homes available. Our village is located on the Kalum River ten minutes from Terrace. Rental rates include utilities, snow removal, a raised garden bed and use of the laundry facilities.
