I have 23 acres that I own in north Valparaiso IN, with our barndominium on the north side of the property. We are wanting to build available spaces for Tiny homes to park and rent to utilize the land in the best way possible as there seems to be a lack in available space for tiny homes. My vision is a clean, quiet, high end option for those looking for the perfect place to rent to park their home. I also envision a community garden and fenced in dog run for all to use. We are just minutes from Lake Michigan, the national dunes, and our property borders 240 acres of available walking trails owned by the county (sunset hill farms). We need to build the lots and run the utilities still, so currently in the early stages. Posting this as I am trying to see the need in our area, build a log of potential renters that will have their names first on the list when we go live a couple months from now. I have attached pictures of the land layout, the red is all the available land, a few current pictures just showing the area, and one of a small scale of my vision and what it would look like as a renter.
