Planning Phase to Convert 13.88 Acres into a Tiny Home Community

I own nearly 14 acres in Pleasanton, TX, Atascosa County, just south of San Antonio. I have 5 fenced acres with electric grid and water hookup, and a septic system. I'm in the planning phase of converting this land to exclusive use of Tiny Home enthusiasts like me.
