Hello, my family and I own a 20 acre parcel in Olympia, WA. We are interested in renting space for 2-3 tiny homes to park. Water available. The property is like living in a private park and is partly wooded. Currently 1 tiny home tenant on the property and while our family doesn’t live there full time, we do come and go as we please frequently and we’re in the process of building our own home there (we have dogs that we bring along). We’re seeking people with good credit (there is a non-refundable credit check fee to apply) that have a tiny house in good condition. We can discuss the terms if we get there — this is month to month but with the possibility of longer term (our current tenants have lived on the property for a few years). Please note that we may decide to reduce the number of tenants when our home is complete but we will give plenty of notice.
