SIZING: this spot fits a 30' Long x 8.5' Wide THOW. Home must be oriented as shown in photos, with hitch on right when facing front door. Pop-outs or oversized homes won't fit due to the surrounding retaining walls. Your home will need to be backed down the driveway into the space and levelset by a professional driver with a heavy duty vehicle. The pad area is flat but the driveway is steep and narrow (see photo).
