Our Tiny Home site is a beautiful spot in the Foothills of the Appalachian mountains. Located in Mill Spring, North Carolina. The area is serene and picturesque, yet offers lots of great outdoor activities nearby to take part in such as fishing, hiking, biking, shopping and more. Visit attractions such as… The Tryon International Equestrian Center, Lake Lure, & Chimney Rock The Village hosts 4 self-contained parking pads for Tiny Homes on Wheels. The site shares common areas & each pad has a small yard area directly around it. There is room for one car to park beside each Tiny Home. There is additional parking available for visitors. We welcome (2) well behaved and responsibly owned pets at each pad. There is a 6 mos minimum rental lease for each pad. Rental lease goes from a 6 mos lease to a month to month lease. If you like black starry skies, singing birds and the fresh smell of green mountain air, this could be the spot for you !
