A nice flat grassy area for your tiny home to park and back of your lot, you'll have a private wooded area with a chimney and two wooden lounge chairs to sit and enjoy a fire under the stars. Adults only with only 6 lots available, this allows more privacy. Two small, two medium and two large lot sizes. Price ranges from $290 to $350. City water, sewage and trash included in lot rental. We are looking for those that are looking for extended stay only. Lease from 6 to 12 months. Also, we are accepting Tiny Homeowners only. No RV's or campers.
