The house is 12' wide and 24' long and is on skids and need a professional to move. The walls are spray foam insulated and the siding is built on a rain screen to help prevent weather damage and to keep air flowing over the house. The exterior siding is a mixture of stained wood, painted wood and metal, and the two short ends have large over hangs to keep the house shaded from solar gain.
The inside is sheathed with a mixture of reclaimed cedar, plywood, and reclaimed pine.
The loft is accessed by a stair case and each step has built in storage. The loft currently holds a queen size bed but there is room for a king. The loft also has clothing storage built in that also act as extra privacy to the sleeping area.
The bathroom has ample storage and hidden access to under the stairs for more storage. The bathroom has a metal shower, a sink with vanity, but does not have a toilet installed currently. There is a place for one but my current setup didn't allow for a conventional toilet and I had access to a bathroom on the land the house is parked on, but a toilet can be installed.
The kitchen has a full size gas range, a full size sink and a medium sized refrigerator as well as an open shelf pantry, cabinet storage, pot rack, and knife rack.
The living space includes a 6' sofa with built-in storage, a concealed book case as well as a wall of storage and room for a full entertainment set-up.
For clothing storage there is a 4' wide 7' tall closet with double clothing rods.
To let in light there are 9 large windows and an extra tall 8' sliding door that leads to a deck that can come with the house.
There is potential to finance with a considerable down payment. I did build the home myself and have lived here with my wife for 3 years so I should be able to answer all of your questions.
