14 FT Tiny Home

Dimensions: Length 14ft, Width 7 feet, Height 13ft. This is very functional but recommend more work done on the roof/ flashing area. This aluminum trailer is a 2021 and only has 150 miles on it. It has a payload capacity of 3500lb. The house itself is 2850lbs so I highly recommend not to move it once placed. This would be great for any property. Everything isn't professionally done in this build. I will personally deliver this at no additional charge within 200 miles. I am happy to add or finish out certain parts of the tiny home if you'd like. The back sections I had planned to put a shower and composting toilet but left empty. The loft dimensions 60 inches by 74 inches 6 dimmable overhead lights 6 lights under loft Two reading lights by the bed with a USB port under each. 2 additional USB ports on the light Small fridge under the steps. 3000 watt inverter with three outlets 2 burner propane stove with a 20lb propane tank Optional upgrades: Mini split (AC and heater) - $1400 Composting toilet - $1300 Lithium battery swap 200ah - $700 Larger water tanks, different fridge, etc
