Custom tiny house for sale, built locally in Silvana, Washington. This 176 sq. ft. home is full of thoughtfully handcrafted details and built on a 16’ Iron Eagle trailer specifically designed for tiny homes. This house was built using the knowledge gained from building and living in a tiny house for 5 years with my partner. The layout is similar to our current home, and would work well for one or two people with the drive to live a more minimalist lifestyle.
