20' Lily Pad is ready for new adventures!

Custom-built in summer 2021, this NOAH-certified THOW is ready to travel again to full hookup RV parks, or to find her permanent home. She has two lofts - a main bedroom with cubby for clothes, and a second for either storage or can fit a twin mattress. The convection microwave allows one to roast or bake and the induction stovetop heats up quickly! Do your laundry in the combo washer / dryer to avoid having to use a laundromat. Has a small closet, and comes with a double futon with underneath storage in the living space The mini split in the loft is aided by the ceiling fan in the kitchen that helps distribution of the air conditioning or heat. The water heater in the front storage area is large! There are a few small dings on the upper corners of the house due to my issues with tree lines since she is 13'4" tall. :-( This sweet tiny house will be perfect for an ADU for guests or rental, to plop on a lot and make her permanent, or take her on the road like I did!
