20’ Tiny Home- Wheelchair Accessible Premium

20’ x 8’ custom built tiny home that is fully wheelchair accessible! Tons of features included to make this tiny home comfortable either on or off grid. Designed to be inclusive for individuals with mobility impairments, including full time wheelchair users. However, anyone can use this tiny home! This was custom designed by an occupational therapist, mechanical engineer who is a full time manual wheelchair user, and woodworker. All woodworking and construction was custom designed and installed by a professional woodworker. The tiny home includes the following features: *The roof has four 100 watt solar panels installed and is connected to 2 lithium ion batteries. *3000 watt inverter *Dometic large refrigerator and freezer that runs on either propane or electricity. *Dometic propane 2 burner stove with a push button igniter. *2 maxx air fans, both come with remotes. * Dometic propane heater * Tiny wood stove by Tiny wood stove * Water heater * Dometic air conditioner - runs best when plugged in on grid. *The bathroom has a custom roll in shower, roll under sink, and cassette toilet. *The kitchen comes with a roll under counter top and sink. Two kitchen cabinets are equipped with cabinet pull downs. *The bed is remote operated in order to be height adjustable. *A small kitchen table was constructed that is roll under to accommodate someone in a wheelchair or regular chair. On the other side of the table is a storage bench, custom built. *Two 26 gallon water tanks were installed- one for fresh water and one for gray water. Gray water tank has a sensor when getting full. *Back door constructed with an extra large ramp and custom built sliding pocket door with remote key lock access. * 4 manual leveling jacks installed underneath the trailer.
