Beautiful Tiny Home! 130sq ft Completely mobile- sits on a dual axel 8x20 trailer About a 6yr old build Cedar floors Tankless water heater 3 burner gas stove/oven Fridge included Metal roof w/gutters Loft fits a double size mattress Full size shower. I am 6’2 and fit Windows have screens Currently can run a 120v drop cord to power home. Does need a few items to really make this thing pop. Outlet and light covers Outside needs paint or stain Gas line needs to be finished hooking up to stove Small electric changes need to be made for convenience.
