For sale is our self-built trailer coach, park model. We constructed this home in 2014/2015, beginning its life as an off grid residence.
We lived in this off and on for the last 8 years. It had several changes with renovations or redesigns of things, and this is where it’s at today. Well loved. And so we’re ready to part with it, hopefully giving someone else the opportunity to grow personally in it as we did.

Backstory and Construction
Much of the materials came from vendors in the Durango, Colorado area, where Rocky Mountain Tiny Homes established their business and made various builder contacts. We used Neil Heib, of Heibco Trailers, to construct this well built frame: three 5,000lb capacity axles; a continuous box frame of 6 inch channel; a trailer hitch frame stack of also 6 inch channel; 2 inch removable hitch; and under sheathed with 24 gauge aluminum. We used Shaw Solar as our installer for the solar equipment.
Bonus items included: Hisense floor unit air-conditioner; wall-mounted electric heater; 27-inch LCD wall-mounted television.
