2025 Tiny Home

Here's my custom-made tiny home that was finished in January. The home is a steel frame on a flatbed trailer. I did put up a couple of grey currents, but the rest have blackout sheets that you attach with double-sided tape so they can be changed out to any style you want. Features: Living Room, Full Kitchen, 13in Refrigerator, Shower, Water Flush Toliet, Main Sleeping Loft with Storage, and A Secondary Loft With Bookshelf Issues: Water Heater will need replacing. No Washer and Dryer installed because preferences vary so install how you see fit. No built-in stove, but I've been using a plug-in two burner, and it works well for me (I'll give that to you.) Stairs Included Power Requirement: 50amp. Can run off a 30amp, but you'd need to be selective with appliances. Important Note: I need to move soon, so I'd need time to pack and get situated, so if you choose to purchase, then it would be about 3-5weeks max before pickup. If you're certain on purchase, then BEFORE you buy the home, I will create a document to make sure the agreement is clear and I'll send a copy to you. Will require a strong pickup truck to carry the home or I can attempt to ship.
