Shell - Available As Is or Finished Premium

This was a project I started working on in 2021, and I was inspired by the mountains of Arizona for the exterior wood design. Currently it’s just a shell, but it would be perfect for someone to finish. I can send a video walkthrough, answer any questions and help figure out transportation. I ran out of funds to complete the inside - looking for someone who would like to either purchase As Is or if they would like to finish it with the price thats agreed upon.
