24 Ft Custom Tiny House

This RVIA Certified 24 ft tiny home with 256 sq. ft was custom built by Modern Tiny Living in 2018 on a Trailer Made trailer. There are 17 windows throughout the house and each window has been outfitted with custom blinds, with blackout curtains in the loft. The living room features a fold-out couch along with tons of storage. There are six storage drawers underneath the couch and an elevated storage area under the living room. The kitchen features a full-size bottom freezer refrigerator, quartz counter-tops, custom cabinetry, a convection oven, and a 4-burner electric range. There is built-in quartz counter top/bar area that can be used for dining or office. The bar area also has built-in shelves for additional storage. A washer-dryer combo is recessed in the kitchen area. The bathroom has beautiful subway tile in the shower and has a flushing toilet but is also compost toilet compatible. The loft comfortably fits a king size bed and features a staircase with built-in storage, a safety railing, and additional storage in the loft. This tiny home is 50 Amp service, an electric tankless water heater, and a Mini Split 12000 BTU. Additionally, there is a 30-in mounted in the living room. This tiny-home comes with a matching, insulated, small “tiny shed” that was used to store a water softener.
