This is an unused 8’ x 24’ model. It is constructed of durable, lightweight fiberglass SIP panels. Weighs only 6800 lbs! The living space contains a built in couch. Three drawers, corner storage, and a slide-out table/seat are all incorporated into the couch. A desk with overhead shelving is also incorporated here. LG fridge/freezer combo, a Whirlpool mini convection oven, a Summit electric stovetop, and custom cabinets. The countertops are solid walnut with an epoxy finish. Overcounter LED lighting included. The stairs also supply storage with open shelving as well as an LG electric washer/dryer combo. (Though not shown, all appliances are now installed) The bathroom has a full 36” x 36” shower, vanity with an oak countertop, clothes rod for hanging clothes, Available with a C-Head composting toilet or a regular flush toilet. A storage cabinet is behind the shower. The room is lit with rope lights and a vintage bulb above the vanity. The loft has two windows for light and air flow. It will fit a queen size mattress. A track containing mood lighting hugs the ceiling. The exterior of the home has a stucco-like finish and is trimmed with LP SmartSide products. A room over the tongue houses the hot water tank, electric panel, and PEX manifold. Building Materials: SIP panels (Structurally Insulating Panels) are becoming more popular for tiny homes, as the high-density foam makes for very good insulative value; however, we are among the first to employ a fiberglass and resin sheathed panel (instead of the traditional heavy wooden OSB or plywood options), which, in addition to efficiency, saves a huge percentage of the weight in the frame of the home. This will make hauling the house much easier than most pull-behind homes of this size! The fiberglass panels also save space inside, due to their ability to be painted directly. Impact and fire resistance are also impressive – refer to the informational videos posted to YouTube by Standard Panel!
