24' THOW in Northern NY

This tiny house was built by me with the help of friends and family on a 24' trailer. This house has 2 sleeping lofts with stair access to one and a ladder to the other. The kitchen has ample cupboard space, a butcher block counter, gas stove/oven, fridge with top freezer and microwave. In the bathroom you'll find a 2-in-1 ventless washer and dryer, composting toilet with the option to put in a traditional toilet, a spacious shower, lighted mirror, gorgeous vessel sink, and closet space! The window panes in the living room and bedrooms can be removed if needed to move a mattress in or out, or for fire evacuation, there are also 2 skylights, on of which opens fully to allow access to the roof. In the front storage on the outside of the house you will find a tank less water heater, a storage tank for water with a pump incase you need water in a pinch, and hook up for a propane tank for the stove. There are a few things that need touch-ups or finishing, and it also needs a new power cord for hook up. I'm only selling because my family has outgrown the tiny house and I hate to see it just sitting on my parents property not being used as it was intended. I hope someone will enjoy living in this house as much as I enjoyed designing and building it!
