This beautiful quaint and rustic tiny house will leaving you feeling nothing but homey and cozy! The interior walls are tongue and groove pine boards, providing warmth and a woodsy smell. So not only does it look amazing, it smells it too! Big windows allow for ample natural light and the walls are insulated with wool batting keeping the home warm all winter long. The floors are also pine and underneath the house is insulated with spray foam adding an extra layer of protection against the cold and pests.
Adding to the coziness is a tiny wood stove tucked in the corner to enjoy from the couch on a cool fall or winter day or night. There is a welded metal loft with pine floors for a sleeping area. In the loft is a window big enough for egress in case of an emergency. Sine the loft is made of thin metal strips, there is extra head room underneath in the kitchen area. Custom made beautiful pine stairs lead up to the loft, each stair containing its own storage nook.
The kitchen area has a built in cabinet with marble counter top and stainless steel sink. A 40 gallon water holding tank is tucked underneath with a low volt water pump. There is enough room for an apartment sized fridge and stove. A collapsible table hangs from the wall that sits three. There is a small bathroom at the end of the house closed off by a louver door. The bathroom includes a composting toilet set up, a shower set up and water heater. Also, room for a small vanity and sink.
This home is off-grid ready. Propane lines are run for the water heater (which is included), stove, and fridge. There is a 120volt outdoor electrical panel, plug in set up. Lights and outlets are fully installed. Low voltage wires are roughed in.
This tiny house is built on a sill which then connects to a 26’ trailer. The house is 160 sq.ft.(20’Lx8’Wx13’H) with a 6’ covered porch. This home would make a wonderful campsite retreat or stationary home!
