26ft Custom Tiny House as seen on HGTV

This is a one of a kind tiny house. The 26ft tiny home has 250sqft of living space. There is a seating area (doubles as a twin bed and storage) with dining table and foldable chairs. The kitchen is designed with a staircase that doubles as a pantry using a collapsable drawer system. This house has a Nature's Head composting toilet and is plumbed for grey water exit only. The bathroom includes a small shower with tub. The room on the main level is equipped with Murphy-style crib bunk beds with draws below them. The upper loft comes with a full mattress but could fit a queen. There second loft was used only for storage but could fit a twin-size bed. This space is heated by an in-floor heating system that is heated by a boiler/hot water heater system (Warmboard is the system used). The house is insulated with spray foam insulation and has 16 triple pane windows. There is a skylight to bring in light and enjoy the night sky. This house has all LED lighting and could easily be off grid. The house comes with fridge, full stove, washer/dryer combo unit, two propane tanks, and boiler/hot water heater combo.
