28ft Tiny House Shell

Basic shell consisting of custom built triple axel Trailer Made tiny house trailer with insulated and enclosed underbelly, subflooring, custom built Volstrukt 28'x8'x13.5' steel frame, and Zip-System sheathing. Unit is 224sq.ft. without intended lofts, 364sq.ft. with lofts. Also included is an installed aluminum roof. (not pictured) Shell contains up to 14 windows and the floorplan is open for your own design or we can include our plans for the home. Unit is NOAH certified! This tiny house was our dream home, but an unforeseen circumstance has caused us to change our plans. We hate to see it go, but we hope it goes to a great family who will enjoy it as much as we hoped to. Buyer is responsible for delivery of the unit.
