This house was built in 2018 it's the standard 8.5 feet wide and 13 feet tall. 28 feet long on the bottom and 32 feet long on the top with 2 - 2 foot cantilevers. The front door is a Dutch door. The master bedroom (about 85 square feet) is the front part of the house and the two smaller bedrooms (about 68 square feet each) have their own staircase and are on the upper back part of the house. All the bedrooms are enclosed and the master bedroom has a sliding barn door. There is a 4-5 foot open space in the center of the house that is also 13 feet high. The bathroom is located on the back of the house and it comes with a new LG front load washer/dryer. Each bedroom has a window that slides open, the bathroom has a window that swings up/out, above the kitchen sink there's a window that swings out and there is a large sliding window over the eating bar. The kitchen comes with a refrigerator, a stove/oven and a dishwasher. The house also comes with an Innova interior AC/Heating unit located in the top part of the wall in the living area.
