This was built on a heavy duty 3 axle trailer. It was also built to standard housing codes and is very well insulated. Heat tape is wrapped on outer plumbing and there is a heated water hose. This unit weighs approximately 13,000 pounds. The interior includes a full size kitchen, bath, laundry area plus two Murphy beds. There are storage lofts on each end. Two air conditioning units keep it cooled along with a ceiling fan. In the winter months, it is heated with two electric radiator style heaters. Requires septic/sewer hookup. This home has been well cared for and is in very good condition. Trailer title available immediately upon sale. You will need to move by January 20, 2020. It's currently in a RV park.
