31’ Partially Completed Shell

Willing to negotiate price. We have been working on this house for a while and have decided that we cannot devote the time and funds needed to complete. We are wanting to sell it at cost. It is made with a steel frame from Volstrukt. We have installed most of the electrical and insulation. We will include all purchased materials so far including: wood, insulation, plumbing, composting AirHead toilet, stacked GE washer/dryer, 10.7 cu.ft. refrigerator, bathtub, tile, paint, light fixtures and remaining uninstalled electrical. We have paid a pro to install the lovely, durable metal roof. You can complete the inside as wanted. Use the loft or the gooseneck for sleeping, use both, or devote the loft to storage.
