336 sq ft with a porch

14 x 24, 336 sq ft tiny home, open concept with a full kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen has a full sized stove top/oven (gas), a full sized double basin stainless steel sink with cabinetry (nothing fancy but functional). This cottage was once a hair dressing salon and then a farmhand bunkhouse. The shower is an RV sized shower for those skinny cowhands and then there is a toilet in the bathroom as well. Plumbed for water, electric and gas. Laminate wood flooring. I included a drawing below that I made to remodel the kitchen and bathroom to allow for a stackable washer/dryer, a linen closet, a pantry and a closet. I believe it makes the cottage more livable. I never got around to remodeling and now we are moving so it has to be sold. Come get a cheap deal on a really sturdy, yet easily movable tiny home. We bought this tiny home in 2007, we are not sure of its age, I just picked a date for the space below. Easy access for loading and hauling to a new location.
