38 foot Camper/Tiny Home

My 2 year old and I enjoyed this tiny home/camper while we waited on our home. This camper is spacious with one major pull out and another single pull out. It has 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, and bedroom. It has been recently renovated and there are no leaks. Purchase will include $200 extension chord as well as camper extension chord adapter and cinder blocks for leveling purposes. Everything is working great except for the furnace which is why I installed a tiny wood stove. The wood stove keeps it warm with appropriate skirting and additional insulation for camper winterization. The wood stove has a window so at night the fire light is very comforting. This is a great tiny house, camper for summer trips, and in between spot while your home is being built! The vehicle and registered and title is on the way.
