38ft Camper Tiny Home

My 2 year old and I enjoyed this tiny home/camper while we waited on our home. This camper is spacious with one major pull out and another single pull out. It has 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, and bedroom. It has been recently renovated! Everything is working great except for the a/c unit and furnace which is why I installed a tiny wood stove. The wood stove keeps it warm with appropriate skirting and additional underneath insulation for camper winterization. The wood stove has a window so at night the fire light is very comforting. This is a great tiny house, camper for summer trips, and in between spot while your home is being built! It is a pull behind and moves great, lights work and everything ready for travel. With this camper being so nice on the inside it is important to note it's age and I highly advice keeping it covered with a carport to keep from any further leaks. Title in hand.
