39' Gooseneck Tiny House Shell

This tiny house shell is built on a Trailermade 32' gooseneck trailer with a 7' deck over the neck. The shell has been built to NOAH certified standards (we can transfer the remaining inspections to who plans to finish the build). The entire house is wrapped in ice and water, so it is completely waterproof. It will be sold as is. It comes with some electrical and plumbing items. I own a construction company and was building this tiny house as a side project, but I do not have the extra money to finish it at this time. We will consider delivery for an additional cost.
