Price dropped to 13,500 August 18/2023. Might trade- let me know what you have. Antique car or truck might work This tiny was built in 2020. We remodeled April 2023 by adding a new wood cabinet,stainless steel sink, faucet, new butcher block top,new laminate floor and a new 10 gallon water heater. The wall A/C is just 1 year old. The sleeping loft is 8 X 6.5 feet. It is all electric (30 amps) RV hook up. It is a bumper pull trailer that can be towed by a 3/4 ton truck. I am not able to deliver and cannot finance.
