Unit is 192 square feet not inlcuding sleeping loft (24 long x 8 wide) with a height ranging from around 8-1/2 in the front to about 9-1/2 from about halfway on, where the loft is. The exterior sheathing and roof is 7/16 Zip panels, and it’s insulated with 1-3/4 foam panels. Unit is not wired or plumbed. Also includes a shower insert. Home was being built by finish carpenter and custom home-builder when circumstances changed unexpectedly. Buyer must arrange for delivery.
