8'x16' Tiny House On Wheels

Selling my tiny house. Very high quality build. Built on a new heavy duty trailer, metal roof, not a shell is insulated with rockwool, plywood sheathing inside out, 2'x4' framing, no nails structural framing screws, solid hardwood floor, hot water heater, and completed electrical work. The plumbing and some of the detail trimming is not completed and that's why I'm selling it. I just don't have enough time to finish it.
