8’x20’ Tiny house on wheels. Super cute!

Fully finished THOW with a registered title for the trailer. Was previously insured. It’s tongue heavy and I put some tile in it so I wouldn’t want to be towing it around a LOT but I’ve moved it a few times. It’s set up so you can be off grid or hooked up at a RV pad. OFF-grid: solar panels, propane tankless water heater, and a composting toilet and you COULD hook up rainwater collection but currently I’m using a 100’ garden hose to city water . RV park: it’s got traditional sewage connections and normal flushing toilet. Normal 20A connector for electrical into the house (or not using Solar) but could change to 30A . Electric radiator for heat and wall mounted energy efficient Kenmore SMART A/C unit. It’s currently decorated very.....uhhhh......specifically. I’d be happy to repaint the inside if teal isn’t your favorite color.
