8.5' x 16.5' Tiny Home - Finish yourself or I can build to suit you

This tiny home is currently wrapped and the roof is shingled. I have factory stained cedar shingles and windows ready to install as pictured in the model. As is, with the extra materials, the price is $13,500. You can finish to your specifications or I can finish the inside to your needs with a 50% downpayment on an agreed upon price depending on what upgrades you would like to add. If you would like me to complete, we will write a detailed contract, specifying the final stage and a date for delivery. The highest quality materials and building techniques have been used so far, to create a home that will stand the test of time. Every joist, stud, rafter and plywood sheathing has been fastened with outdoor grade 3 in screws for incredible rigidity and strength. The underbody of the home is covered with 3/4 inch pressure treated plywood and insulated floors. All exposed accents are made from cedar, which are currently primed, to provide long lasting insect and weather resistance. It is currently outfitted with a storage loft and is designed with a sleeping loft in mind, which will be over the bathroom and kitchen. Please contact me with any questions.
