8x16 Tiny House

Unfurnished tiny house. Professionally and high quality built. Fully insulated (rockwool). All real wood construction no OSB. In addition, it was build with no nails. All the framing was done with special ordered code compliant framing screws. Residential wiring and lights. The only thing it’s missing is plumbing. I just don’t have the time to finish it. The trailer and tires are like new only been on the road twice title in hand. Comes with a built in air conditioner.
