A Tiny Home

This is a 390 sq ft mobile tiny house with a large rooms and a covered porch. It is 15ft wise at 36 ft long just the right size for an RV space! All appliances stay with the tiny house. It features a tin roof and a large covered porch. The appliances inside like the refrigerator/freezer, and stove are regular sized appliances. The floors have a dark wood plank textured vinyl on them. The cabinets are real wood and stained dark brown and the counter tops have a marbled look. With all this the kitchen and living room share a large space with plenty of room for friends. There is a washer/dryer unit in the home and it tucks away behind a small accent wall that is part of the structure. The bathroom is fairly large with 2 doors entering it from the bedroom and the living room. It has a walk in shower that has two seating spots in it as well as a regular sized toilet. The countertops and cabinets in the bathroom match the ones in the kitchen exactly. There is even a cabinet to the right of the sink made for linens. The bedroom is large and has 2 closets and a built in dresser. The room is so large I have a king sized bed in it and I can walk all the way around it easily. There is also a super efficiency remote controlled AC/heating unit that is attached to the rear of the home. It is so efficient that in either the winter or the summer my electric bill has never gone above $90. While the RVs near me reach about $200. I purchased this house at just over $45,000 in the spring of 2017. Only been moved once about 150 miles.
