This adorable tiny house on wheels is constructed of all natural materials - cedar & pine. It is 17 ft in length and 8.5 ft wide providing 200 square ft (including bedroom loft). Ten windows provide plenty of natural light. Spacious bathroom has a full sized claw foot tub/ shower combo and a nature's head composting toilet. Cozy loft bedroom provides a comfortable haven with this quality queen sized mattress. Kitchen has granite counter tops, refrigerator, and two burner cook top. Living area easily holds comfortable full size leather sofa with double end recliners. Storage cubbies provide plenty of storage space for clothes, linens, and personal items, etc. The bathroom has two additional large storage areas. Well insulated and efficiently built makes this tiny house super easy to heat and cool. Propane heater and window air conditioning unit are included with purchase, as well as the mattress and leather sofa if desired. We used this tiny home for only 3 months while clearing and preparing our property for our unique small build. This tiny house is RV hook up ready. Serious inquiries only please.
