Under-counter fridge/freezer. Two lofts. Each loft has two windows that open for cross-ventilation and lots of natural light. Both lofts have plenty of headspace to sit up in. Tiny house fits a total of three Queen mattresses (including the downstairs foldout bench). 2nd upstairs loft can be used for storage or a Queen bed, and has a nice curtain to hide storage bins. Ladder included to access storage loft. Bathroom features an authentic sliding barn door, large shower (3'x3'), storage cabinets, and shelving for towels. Currently has a Nature's Head composting toilet, but standard toilet hookups installed. Downstairs bench/couch has tons of room for storage and folds out into a Queen bed for guests. Two hanging-clothes closets under stairs and shelving for folded clothes, which could easily be converted to washer/dryer area (no washer-dryer hookups installed). Stairs feature two railings, and offer more security than a ladder. Exterior is cedar shakes, galvanized metal siding, and board & batten wood siding. Owner financing not offered, but bank financing is accepted. Cashier's check or same-day-wire preferred. Delivery negotiable for a fee depending on distance.
