It has a very open design with lots of storage space, a full bathroom with toilet and shower, a 5-gallon tank water heater, cedar paneling on the ceiling, stained wood exterior, laminate flooring throughout, and room for a futon or hidebed for sleeping in the main area. Full plumbing and electrical installed. Very well-insulated and easily heated with a space heater. It is on a wooden frame and can easily be moved by hauling on a trailer. Was lived in by the builder for a few months and still in excellent condition.
