I am excited to find this home's owner and complete it to their personality and budget! It can be purchased as it sits today, a completed shell with siding, roofing, windows, doors and stairs, or at any other point of completion. The home is being built on a brand new 8x20 foot Trailer Made custom tiny home trailer, with manufacturer’s warranty. The Floor has been insulated and decked. The walls have been framed very traditionally with a few modifications for this specific tiny home on wheels. The windows (10 total!) are new Pella Energy Star certified windows. This home has a large loft (89”x84”) in the back that cantilevers over the back, and a small loft (44”x89”) in the front that cantilevers over the hitch. The plans call for a standard sized ¾ bath with full shower, toilet and vanity. Toilet can be either composting or standard. The kitchen will include 8’ of counter space with cooktop and oven, room for a full fridge. Hot water supply can be either on demand or water heater. Heat and air can be anything that will best meet the customer’s needs! From woodstove to vented propane or a minisplit heat/air system. The plans also include a 4’x4’ porch at the front door with 2 steps, however I have included brackets for a larger deck if desired! I am excited to work with you finish it to your design needs!
