Beautiful THOW Has Been My Full Time Home for 2 Years

I've lived in this tiny house for 2 years and it has been incredible. I spent the first year on an off-the-grid farm just outside of Atlanta with my house running on an electric generator and a water container/pump system(all available for purchase). Then, after a year I moved it to Alabama and hooked it up to traditional electricity and water and it worked great too! I just moved it back to Georgia where it is sitting in an RV park. I purchased this home in Florida 2 years ago and have since had electricians professionally rewire the entire structure and it has been working perfectly with absolutely 0 issues! It was originally built by a certified carpenter who built it for his family but ended up selling it to me after he found out his wife was pregnant with their 2nd child. Additionally, I have made many upgrades since these photos were taken. These include installing blackout curtains on all the windows. I have also added a metal backsplash and cast iron rods and hooks for kitchen storage, and traded out the propane water heater for electric. I still have the propane one and it comes with the house in case you prefer to switch it back! This tiny house has 2 lofts both of which fit a king bed (mine was a queen but I also have an entertainment/TV/video game system set up at the foot of my bed). I used the second loft as a closet and installed a curtain rod across the width of the second loft giving you 9ft of closet hanging space. Also not pictured: brand new stainless steel fridge & dehumidifier. I used the under-loft area as a living room (last picture) but it is quite a large area that can be used as a ground level bedroom. This has been my full time home for 2 years and I love it so much and am sad to part with it, but hope that she can enrich your life like she did mine!
