Need emergency housing after Helene? Or just looking for brand new affordable housing?
Manufactured in 2024 by Incredible Tiny Homes, this tiny home has just been completed and is ready to go, still on the lot at the factory. Made of metal and foam panels, it won't rot like wood and is lightweight (for a tiny home). It's on a new 24 ft trailer with a roomy double-dormer loft bedroom (8x10) with an egress window. The best feature is the living area with a vaulted ceiling and a huge bay window–lots of space for plants, a glass collection or pet seating. There's a mini-split for both heat and AC, a water heater, a washer/dryer hookup, space for a 10cu ft fridge, a 36” shower with bathroom fan and a regular flush toilet. The stovetop is electric (along with everything else), so you just need an RV electric plug and a hose for water and a sewer hose to get this hooked up. I was planning to put textured wallpaper over the interior walls and a sliding library ladder to get to the loft, but you may have other finishing ideas. Stairs with built in storage are also a popular option. Its being sold the way its shown in the pics.
It's Certified by Pacific West Associates to meet full time living and safety standards and electrical codes.
I ordered this in January (there is a long wait for homes to be built there) and the timing of the completion has aligned with the recovery effort after Helene, so I've decided to sell it rather than moving it up here. You can see it in Newport, TN (serious buyers only! and contact me first—I need to set it up with them) It is still a private sale, though, you'd be buying it from me (I have the bill of sale).
Tiny homes are legal in Asheville (and many other communities) as backyard ADU’s. You’ll need a pickup truck to tow it, or I can send you their list of people who can deliver it for you and set it up.
Let me know if you have any questions or want me to email you the floorplan and extra pics!
