Tiny house has a simple composting toilet and a simple sink/shower combo. This is not for you if you want fancy! But it is functional and move-in ready. I have been building it to live in myself, but work has taken me to a dense, urban environment. Therefore I am having to sell it. Price is non-negotiable.
