Charming 20' Tiny House on Wheels with Loft

For sale is my lovely 20’x8’6” tiny house on two axles. House has a tv/dining area, bathroom, kitchenette, and bed loft. Air conditioning/heating is provided by a mini-split unit and the bed loft comes furnished with a queen size mattress. Plenty of storage! Currently the house is set up with a Separett composting toilet, but I will include the original rv style toilet. There is also a standard rv gray water and black water tank system under the house. Previously, I uninstalled the propane fixtures, but I can include the original propane stove/oven. I preferred to use an induction hot plate and installed a larger storage cabinet instead of the stove. I will include the hot plate as well. For towing, I used a truck rated for 12,000 lbs capacity, so a ¾ ton vehicle is recommended for moving purposes.
