Charming and unique tiny home on wheels built by a master carpenter/design engineer/boat builder using a combination of traditional Swiss German and Japanese construction methods. This little house was thoughtfully hand built in 2022, featuring redwood, western red cedar, douglas fir and all copper plumbing. Interior Dimensions: Length: 22'10" Width: 7' Height 8' Outer Dimensions: Length: 24'4" Width: 8'2" Details: - Built in 2022 - Occupied for 1.5 years - Framing is douglas fir - Flooring is solid, clear, douglas fir tongue and groove, glued down - Interior walls are western red cedar - Walls & floor are insulated with 3.5" ridged foam - Ceiling is insulated with 1.5" ridged foam and is double air gapped - Bowed rafter ceiling is laminated redwood - Roof is aircraft aluminum adhered to plywood skin - Exterior is 1/2 inch 5 ply cdx plywood with clear western red cedar siding - Wiring is all #12 - Plumbing is all copper - There is a shower valve plumbed into the rear wall (the second porch pictured with no furniture) - On demand water heater - All plugs are 120V - Space for a refrigerator under the counter - Convection and gas stovetop with hooded ventilation - Trailer is factory built, has hitch and pulls well - Tail & brake lights work well - Bed area has 3 storage areas: sliding cabinet area in bed alcove, storage loft above bed and underneath - Tall shelving unit included A couple of things to note: The decking would need to be disassembled and then reassembled once the tiny home is in its place.
