Colorado Tiny House

I'm the second owner of this beautiful tiny house built in 2017. Original owner worked as a master carpenter for a Colorado tiny home company, and his skill shows. Lots of live-edge wood. The layout makes the interior feel much more spacious than it's 190-ish square feet. Reluctantly listing. I've loved every minute lived in it, but I'm making some big changes and moving toward a more nomadic period of life. • 18ft. house about 192 sq. feet including the upstairs king sized sleeping loft. • Open floor plan provides ample space including a couch, table, spacious kitchen, walk in stainless shower, and natures head composting toilet • The house is heated with simple-to-use electric wall-mounted heater. Also includes small fridge, window AC unit, and small smart TV mounted in the sleeping loft. • Kitchen has ample storage with live-edge shelving throughout, custom sink and ponderosa live-edge countertop • Water heating is through an in-line propane water heater which heats water in kitchen as well as shower • Bathroom has a walk in stainless steel shower with ample space; can easily accommodate someone up to 6/4. Nature's Head composting toilet, as well as a custom barn wood built in for all your storage needs. • Living area is open with a couch, which includes built-in pull out drawers, as well as bookshelf • Small custom fold down table as you enter the kitchen is a great place to get work done or have dinner • Staircase to sleeping loft has custom pull out drawers throughout and a storage area for laundry, gear, cleaning supplies or clothing • Outside is all custom cedar paneling with a 1/3 lower corrugated metal design • In the back is a storage shed which houses the propane tank as well as any gear you might need store. I'm unfortunately not able to help with delivery/moving the tiny home. Also unable to assist with financing.
