2017 Jayco Eagle HT 27.5 RLTS with the following modifications. Think of it more like a tiny home than a 5th wheel!
-Removed the dinette and replaced it with a custom table (chairs have since been removed but can easily be replaced). This table can be easily removed from the wall for transport. I also removed the factory lighting above the table and installed it with a "rustic farmhouse" type light.
-Removed the 2 swivel chairs in the back and replaced it with a daybed with 2 drawers underneath
-Removed the pull-out couch and replaced it with a desk
-Replaced the kitchen sink countertop with a custom wood finish countertop
-Painted the living room white
-Removed the vinyl trim and replaced it with a stained wood trim (stain matches the kitchen table and sink countertop)
-Painted the stove area with heat resistant black paint
-Removed the flush toilet and replaced it with an airhead composting toilet. This can easily be reversed since the plumping is still intact, would just need to run a short line from toilet to the storage space underneath and install an elbow joint to the main line that is still 100% intact.
-Removed the battery the unit came with and installed 4 235ah Deep Cycle Batteries hooked up in series and parallel to come out to 12v 470ah
-Installed a 2000w inverter (currently wired to the battery but can be removed)
-Can come with 5 150w solar panels, 80amp charge controller, and wiring to connect everything
**unit is wired for solar but we had the wiring run to the charge controller which was hooked up to the battery but has since been disconnected. Jayco says there is a charge controller somewhere in the wall but didn't really figure that part out so we went our own route.**
-Unit came with a black water/gray water "Insinkerator" like an accessory that was "hard wired" to the outlet. Sorry, I can't think of the name, but it is an alternative method to pump out the gray and black water.
