1997 Thomas International Full-size (66 passenger, 36 ft long exterior, 26 ft long living space, 190(ish) square ft living space total). 200,000(ish) miles on it. Runs, but is not recommended for long-distance traveling without work put in under the hood. Best suited to be a guest space, ADU for rental income, office, or artist's studio space. Converted in 2013 (May-Nov). Bedroom, closet (that could be converted to shower space), toilet closet, kitchen, and living room. Wall between cockpit and living space makes it feel like a cabin on wheels. Interior door has two locks (one deadbolt) and exterior door has sliding lock for use when inside. One original, functioning ceiling hatch. The interior walls are built with white pine tongue and groove, harvested sustainably in Central NY (where conversion was done). All finishes on the wood are low VOC, natural finish (bees wax and linseed oil). All walls are insulated with sheep's wool. Ceiling has additional insulation of thermal bubble reflective weather-proofing layer. Under the floor is a layer of cork sub-flooring and landscape fabric. Counters are maple butcher block (also natural, food-grade finished). Sink is stainless steel. Woodstove is a Jotul 602, purchased new in 2013. Heat shield behind is original sheet metal from the interior ceiling of the bus. It's been lived in from December 2013- December 2017 by the single, original owner. Can be easily converted to have plumbing and integrated electric, but does not now.
