This beautiful home was built in 2021 by KVEC(Kentucky Valley Educational Cooperative. The area technology center has built over 20 homes in the last 6 years. I purchased this as a vacation home in 2021. So it has never been lived in full-time. I have decided I need to upgrade to a Park Model because I've decided to live in it full . All furniture and TV convey. All work on this home was done under the supervision of licensed instructors, contractors and electricians.
This home was built on a DOT legal trailer(I have title) two 7,000pound brake assisted axles. It is 8.5 feet wide and 24 feet long and 13'2 high. Completely legal to tow on the highway with no extra DOT permissions.
The exterior is faux stone panel and vinyl siding with the look of painted cedar shakes. The windows are Pella vinyl insulated and double hung sideslide units. The roof is metal with matching trim and the entrance door is half glass steel with a deadbolt lock. Traditional framing methods was used to construct my house, using full 2X4's for the exterior walls and rafters. They used 1/2" OSB and house wrap to close the framing. The sub floor is 3/4" advantech with 3"solid foam insulation under the floor. The walls and roof are insulated with R-13 fiberglass batts.
The interior walls and ceiling are finished with 3/4" bead board. Ceramic tile was used for the kitchen back splash and bathroom walls. The floors are smart-core premium waterproof. The kitchen cabinets, stainless steel sink refrigerator, and two burner cook top were all purchased at Lowes. It has space for a main floor bedroom. I have moved sleeping to the 7x7' loft above. There is also a sitting area . pocket doors for the bedroom and bathroom create space. It has a mini split heat pump, 16 SEER 9k. All appliances 19 gal water heater is 120V with 100 amp service. Currently connected with a RV style hose and plug. All furnishing and 2 TV's convey. Bedroom cabinets removed, but can be reinstalled. More pics and videos .
