This distinguished tiny home was constructed by the owners almost entirely of salvaged or reclaimed materials and has many innovations and features created to improve upon the tiny house concept in space saving and environmentally friendly building practices. The 160sqft main floor provides a dinette with storage benches and packaway boat tables. Kitchen with midcentrury steel cabinets and full size fridge, induction cooktop and Beville oven included. Entryway with coat closet/shoe rack and wardrobe with lockers. Bathroom with subway tile shower and Natures Head composting toilet (could easily be switched to a flush toilet provided a sewer hook up is available). An 80sqft main loft provides ample room for queen size bed and is opposed by a 2' deep loft. Natural wood trim and paneling provide warm accents while white walls and ceilings brighten the space with 14 windows throughout make it a very light and cheery, ideal for house plants and the narrow space allows for an excellent cross breeze. The base is a triple axel Nomad car hauling trailer with brand new jack, coupler, tires wheels, hubs and brakes. A low slope metal roof and insulating of the trailer frame rather than laying floor joists on top of the trailer allowed for 6'6" height under the loft beams and a loft ceiling 50" high sloping down to 36". The walls and roof are 2x6 advanced framing construction with rigid foam wrap and rainscreen siding details provide 33+ r-value. Two Envi high efficiency wall mounted electric convection heaters provide absolutely silent and safe heating in both the bathroom and main area. Electricity is provided through a 50amp 120v RV hook up and water is plumbed in through a reverse hose bib. An Electric on demand hot water system means you'll never have cold showers! Air king 70 cfm bath fan runs almost silent at 1.5 sones. The house was intended for homesteading but would be great for a guest house, DADU, or AirBNB.
